Managing Maitland Gaol, Gordon is responsible for the implementation of its strategic direction and coordinates the marketing and development of the facility.

Marney Winter
Service Delivery Officer - Gaol Operations & Business Support

Marney is the first point of contact between Maitland Gaol and clients. She assists with the administration of the customer service area and ensures that clients expectations are realised. She is also specifically responsible for coordination and promotion of Gaol Tours, Work for the Dole programs and liaison with suppliers.

  • Customer Service and allocation of tour guides
  • Promotion of Gaol tours and site hiring
  • Merchandise and Displays
  • Liaison with contractors tenants, and partners of the Gaol.
  • Event and Function Liaison
  • Administrative support to the Business Development unit.
  • Co-ordination of Work for the Dole programs

Kate Henry
Service Delivery Officer - Functions & Events

Kate's particular focus is Functions and Events. She is the first point of contact for any questions relating to planning & organising events at Maitland Gaol. This includes all aspects from initial enquiry right through to execution and evaluation of the event. Kate also provides Administrative & Operational support to the events Unit of Maitland City Council.

  • Customer service, client liaison and coordination of Function's and Event at Maitland Gaol.
  • Building relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Contribution to annual functions & events program at Maitland Gaol
  • Provision of administrative & operational support to Maitland City Council's events unit
