Managing Maitland Gaol, Gordon is responsible for the implementation of its strategic direction and coordinates the marketing and development of the facility.

Melissa Cowled
Customer Service Officer

Melissa is often the first point of contact between Maitland Gaol and clients. She assists with the administration of the customer service area and ensures that clients expectations are realised. Melissa is also specifically responsible for marketing and promotion.

Steve 'Mac' McLennan
Customer Service Officer and Tour Guide

Mac assists with the administration of Customer Services and undertakes tours, especially where an historical theme is required. He is also specifically responsible for coordination of Work for the Dole programs, volunteer programs and site history and research.
