Management and Customer Service Team
Managing Maitland Gaol, Gordon is responsible for the implementation of its strategic direction and coordinates the marketing and development of the facility.
Marney is the first point of contact between Maitland Gaol and clients. She assists with the administration of the customer service area and ensures that clients expectations are realised. She is also specifically responsible for coordination and promotion of Gaol Tours, Work for the Dole programs and liaison with suppliers.
Kate's particular focus is Functions and Events. She is the first point of contact for any questions relating to planning & organising events at Maitland Gaol. This includes all aspects from initial enquiry right through to execution and evaluation of the event. Kate also provides Administrative & Operational support to the events Unit of Maitland City Council.
